Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

For damaged, incorrect, or missing shipments, we require a photo of the attached shipping waybill, a photo of the entire box with the shipping waybill visible, and a photo of the entire product in question. Please retain all original waybills and boxes as they may be required for the return process.

Returns are subject to two-way shipping costs, as well as any warehousing, customs, and additional charges imposed by the carrier. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it accordingly.

Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will process the resolution as soon as possible.

If the shipping box and packaging are damaged but the item itself remains undamaged, we will not consider it as a damaged item.

If a product is not received or is missing despite being marked as delivered by the carrier, we will only compensate according to the carrier's transportation compensation policy.

Remorse Returns

Buyers are responsible for shipping costs in both directions, along with warehousing, customs, and other charges imposed by the carrier. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To ensure a smooth process, we highly recommend notifying us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Unfortunately, we do not provide return shipping labels. The buyer is responsible for sending the package back to us at their own expense.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

We can only accept returns within the same country to which the order was originally shipped. If you are returning an item from a different country, additional import duties may apply.

Designer packaging, such as authenticity cards, samples, and dust bags, must also be returned.

Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

If a product has been updated or modified by the manufacturer without prior notice, it cannot be returned.

Some products may be shipped without individual product boxes. Occasionally, brands may ship products without boxes due to stock shortages or discontinuation.

If the product is partially different but remains functional (e.g., minor leaks or minor breakage), it is not eligible for a return.

Product information, including photos, descriptions, and prices, is subject to updates. Customers should verify product details before purchasing. Claims regarding inaccurate product information will not be accepted.

Shipping Issues Caused by the Recipient

Seorakbeauty is not responsible for shipping issues caused by the recipient, including but not limited to refusal of delivery, absent recipient, incorrect address, issues in the recipient’s country, or issues in the recipient’s region.

Returns and refunds for these cases will be treated as remorse returns.

If, due to the recipient’s fault, we do not receive the returned product within 30 days of the original shipment, no refund will be issued. If the returned product is not received by us within 15 days of the delivery completion, no refund will be issued.

If the product has a short shelf life or has decreased in value, no refund will be provided.

Customs and Duties

Buyers are responsible for all customs and duty taxes. For accurate information and an estimate of import taxes, please check with your local customs authority before placing an order.
