Shipping

  1. Shipping fee is charged per order.
  2. Order processing time: 0-2 business days. (Depending on the product and other issue, it may take longer)
  3. Estimated delivery time (including order processing time).

Standard: All countries 3-5 business days. Shipping rate: 25$

If your order is damaged, incorrect, or missing, please provide the following:

  • A photo of the attached shipping waybill.
  • A photo of the entire box with the shipping waybill visible.
  • A photo of the entire product in question.

Keep all original waybills and boxes, as they may be required for the return process. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@seorakbeauty.com.

If the shipping box and packaging are damaged but the item itself is undamaged, we do not consider it a damaged product and will not issue a refund or replacement.

If a product is missing despite being marked as delivered by the carrier, we will only compensate according to the carrier’s transportation compensation policy.

Seorakbeauty is not responsible for delivery issues caused by the recipient, including:

  • Refusal of delivery.
  • Incorrect address.
  • Absence of recipient.
  • Customs issues in the recipient’s country or region.

Returns and refunds in these cases will be treated as remorse returns. If we do not receive the returned product within 30 days of shipment due to recipient-related issues, no refund will be issued.

Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Return

Returns are subject to two-way shipping costs, as well as any warehousing, customs, and other charges imposed by the carrier. Buyers are responsible for these costs.

Yes, we accept remorse returns within 14 days of receiving your item. To expedite the process, we recommend notifying us within 7 days. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and any additional charges.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In their original condition (unworn, unused, with tags).
  • In the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

We only accept returns within the same country to which the order was originally shipped. Additional import duties may apply if returning from another country.

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items).
  • Sale items and gift cards.
  • Products modified or updated by the manufacturer without prior notice.
  • Products shipped without individual boxes due to stock shortages or discontinuation.
  • Items with minor functional issues (e.g., minor leaks, slight breakage) that do not render them unusable.

Customs

Buyers are responsible for all customs and duty taxes. Please check with your local customs authority for accurate information before placing an order.
